Artisan Wines offer a selection of the
classic wines of New Zealand. Each estate has been carefully selected
as either a leading representative of the region and varieties grown,
or for its unique characteristics. At Artisan we recognise that each
wine growing region of New Zealand has its 'forte'. New Zealand wines
are world renowned for their pure expression of varietal character

Baxter & Baxter Wines, Hunter Valley NSW Australia.
Located in a picturesque valley behind Smith's Beach,
nestles Cape Naturaliste Vineyard. The valley's rich
variety of soil types are ideal for the growing of premium wine grapes.
Our maritime location, with grapes cooled on the vines by clean air
from the Roaring 40's, gives our wine character and depth. Cape Naturaliste
Vineyard was planted in 1997 by the owner, Craig Brent-White

It is said that great wine is made in the vineyard
and it is this philosophy that Matt & Jackie Jarvis
strongly adhere to when producing their award winning Margaret River
wines. Located in the south west corner of Western Australia, Matt &
Jackie searched the Margaret River wine region until they found the
perfect property to plant their vines.
Matt Jarvis is passionate about his grape vines. So much so he has built
the family home in the middle of the vineyard to ensure he always knows
what is happening with the precious crop. All of the Jarvis Estate varieties
being Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Shiraz, Merlot, Cabernet Franc
and Verdelho are estate grown on the home vineyard.

5 generations and 150 years experience.
Since 1851 five generations of the Bryson family have been involved
in agriculture and the unique and fertile land in South Australia. Our
vineyards at Padthaway are planted on there own rootstock in some of
the world’s oldest mineral rich soils and in the most temperate
of maritime climates. The Morambro Creek vineyard consistently produces
excellent fruit quality from low yielding vines from which we produce
exceptional handcrafted wines. By people, for people who value quality,
style and efforts of a family-owned business.

Jimmy is produced and bottled at Montara
Winery in the Grampians using estate grown fruit and carefully selected
parcels from around Victoria. Jimmy is quintessentially Australian and
for everyone who loves a good time. The wines exhibit fresh fruit, balanced
by fine tannins and lively acidity. Jimmy is Perfect for all occasions,
whether it be at a summer barbeque or a cozy night on the couch.

Langtons Single Vineyard Chardonnay and Pinot Noir
have been expertly crafted by winemaker Matt Harrop. Our aim is to offer
wines only when we believe we have access to batches of fruit that will
reflect the quality we seek. More importantly we will be offering wines
I love and wish to drink; our Single Vineyard Pinot Noir & Chardonnay
more than fulfills this lofty aim. Being involved with the birth of
these wines has for me been a true labor of love. - Luke

The Lashmar family settled on Kangaroo
Island, South Australia in 1856, and for the past 144 years have farmed
the land around the Bay and Cape Willoughby. In 1991 they planted a
trial block of Cabernet Sauvignon in the "Summer Garden" near
the lagoon. The first crop was harvested in 1993, and a grand total
of nine bottles were produced. As the vines matured the resultant crops
were excellent, and for several years, won medals and trophies at the
National Amateur Wine Show. Antechamber Bay Wines was formed in 1996,
and after more trials our first commercial wines were made in 1999 and
released in October 2000. A Cabernet Sauvignon from Kangaroo Island,
and a Shiraz named Three Valleys using fruit from mainland South Australia.

The Llangibby Estate vineyard crests
a ridge close to Echunga in the Adelaide Hills at a height of 360 metres.
Select parcels of premium grapes are handpicked for the Llangibby Estate
label each year producing some superb examples of cool-climate winemaking

Over the last 19 years we have focused on making wines
that our clients want to enjoy with their family and friends. Massoni’s
vineyards are considered to be cool climate vineyards. This means that
grapes mature on the vine for a longer period enhancing both the fruit
flavour and the colour extracted. Founded by Leon Massoni in 1984. Leon’s
passion for fine wine was influenced by his family’s involvement
in establishing such culinary icons as Melbourne’s Florentino
Restaurant in 1928 and through his relationship with his uncle, legendary
winemaker Jimmy Watson

Two is company… III is Associates. Our company
was established with one clear goal in mind.
To produce and present premium McLaren Vale wines which
provide excellent value for money.

Minot wines are multi award winning
premium wines made from 100% Minot Estate grown fruit. The small 4.3
hectare vineyard was established in 1987 and the first release was the
1995 Minot Cabernet. It is a small family owned and operated vineyard,
now almost dry-farmed with low yielding vines ensuring maximum flavor
and quality fruit every vintage.
Recent Awards include Blue Gold Sydney International for the Sauvignon
Blanc Semillion 07 wine competition 2007- 08 and 5/5 stars Winestate
magazine 2007 for Cab Sauv 04.
The establishment of the 14 hectare Montara
Vineyard (named after Mt Ararat in Western Victoria) on the
McRae family's 30 hectare property preceded the re-emergence of Victoria
as a prestigious table wine production region. In 1970, the McRaes established
their Montara Vineyard on the eastern slopes of Mount Chalambar, a site
chosen for its frost free location at an elevation of 350 metres above
sea level, high enough for cool nights to extend the ripening season
of the grapes and thus building complexity of flavour. The rich red
loam soils over a shale base contribute to the consistently high quality
fruit.
The vineyard and winery have a glorious view with rolling foothills
in the foreground leading on to the distant Pyrenees mountain range
The total vineyard area under vine today is 18.9ha. In 2006 the Stapleton
family purchased the vineyard and surrounding property. Today Leigh
Clarnette is Chief Winemaker
At Morambro Creek, it is our sole
objective to produce the best wines possible from our unique vineyard
site. Planted on own rootstock and located in the Padthaway Valley which
is comprised of rich Terra Rosa soils our estate vineyard benefits from
excellent sun exposure producing grapes of optimum flavour, colour and
tannin development. The warm summer days are moderated each evening
by coastal winds that cool the vines and result in a longer ripening
period. This extended period allows for the grape tannins and seed to
fully ripen prior to being harvested, thus creating wines that are rich
and supple on the palate.
Our pursuit of great wine can also be seen in the meticulous management
of our vineyard. We strive for low crop yields and small grape bunches
of intense flavour, and whilst we employ the latest technology in the
vineyard to help us achieve vine balance and reduced vigour, we harvest
when the fruit reaches full flavour development.

Mount Monster is a striking pink –
red granite out crop which formed millions of years ago and is a rare
and inspired location. There are many other unique and spectacular places
in the Limestone Coast where we planted our family’s vineyard.
Mount Monster is made to express the best of the Limestone Coast, where
not only the ancient soils, but also the maritime climate are ideal
for growing grapes. Traditional wine making and minimal processing is
employed to ensure the purity, integrity, texture and flavour from our
vineyard.

There are a few yarns going round the wine world about
our place - the Gibbston Valley, deep in the Southern Alps of New Zealand.
They reckon it's one of the better spots to grow Pinot Noir grapes,
so fifteen years ago we sent the last of the sheep off to greener paddocks,
and planted some vines. Turns out the dry stony soil that made our pasture
so poor grows pretty good grapes. Seemed like we were onto a good thing,
so we planted more vines, trying a few different varieties. In two shakes
of lambs tail we had one of the biggest vineyards in the region.
We're not given to displays of emotion - except on Bledisloe Test days,
of course - but deep down we're a wee bit pleased with the kerfuffle
our wines have caused. And we'd be even better pleased if you and your
mates enjoy them too.

Phaedrus Estatewas established at
the end of 1997. Phaedrus Estate is on the Mornington Penisula growing
4 varieties of grapes, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Pinot Gris.
In 2008 Phaedrus produced 3000 cases of excellent wine, we believe that
quality wines are made using a combination of art and science.

Two exciting new wines were released in 2008. One is
the new "Rosnay Vintage Chardonnay" sparkling
wine. It is the first to be made in Cowra in many years, and is proving
to be a delicious sparkling, picked very early to give a high natural
acidity and low alcohol. The other is the Semillon Sauvignon Blanc,
made mostly from Rosnay Semillon (85%) with some cool climate Sauvignon
Blanc from the Tamburlaine organic vineyard in Orange (15%) producing
a delicious wine which is immediately more popular than the straight
Semillon.

Sir Paz Estate was established by the
Zapris family in 1997 at Silvan, a picturesque wine producing town of
the Yarra Valley, also noted for its market gardening farms. Our 35
acre estate has 4 distinct varieties; Shiraz, Merlot, Chardonnay and
Viognier. It is our policy to grow no more than 1½ -2 tonnes
of grapes per acre, maximising our concerted efforts to produce the
highest quality wine at all times.
Whilst the property is meticulously maintained by a highly professional
and dedicated team, the most significant feature of the vineyard is
its rich red soil ‘terra rossa’, which enables the winemaker
to produce very special wines. This unique aspect of the vineyard inspired
the feature logo on the
Sir Paz label today; red wines produced on red soil, or quite simply,
red on red

Soljans Estate, established in 1937,

Mike Fitzpatrick, AFL chairman and former Carlton great,
has launched his own Yarra Valley wine brand called Squitchy Lane. In
1996, he found his ideal site - a vineyard planted in 1982 just around
the corner from Coldstream Hills and Yarra Yering. The seven hectare
Squitchy Lane vineyard is planted on yellow, grey clay
loam soils - with an isolated pocket of gravel, on which the Pinot Noir
is planted. The focus is on quality at every level – just 200
cases of each are crafted by our winemaker. The winemaking approach
for all wines is to allow the full fruit expression to come through
and to complement with subtle complexity

The story of Thomson Estate dates
back to 1838 when Walter and Jane Thomson sailed from Britain to South
Australia, with records of the day listing Walter as a Farmer and Vigneron.
The vineyard itself was established in 1961 when Ronald Thomson, grandson
of Walter and Jane, began a grape growing business in the Riverland.
In addition to fruit from the Riverland, the Thomson Estate range includes
fruit sourced from other premium wine regions across South Australia.
This careful blending of the fruit enables the production of multi-regional,
award winning wines with intense varietal expression.
The success of the Thomson Estate range has lead to the emergence of
a new range of regional/varietal labels including the Reserve range
and the Limited Release Antiquarian Shiraz.

Waipara Springs is a boutique vineyard
and winery located in the heart of the Waipara Valley. Planted in the
early 1980's the vineyard is produces entirely estate grown wines with
a depth and intensity that only old vines can produce. The vineyard
of 26 hectares is planted with Riesling, Sauvignon blanc, Chardonnay,
Gewurztraminer, Pinot noir and Merlot with the wines crafted in two
differing styles, the fresh fruit driven wines under the Waipara Springs
label and the structurally driven wines of the Premo label.

Whinstone Estate was established in
1994. Since that time the vineyard has developed a reputation for growing
exceptionally fine fruit which has been sold to several of the larger
premium winemakers on the Mornington Peninsula. At the same time grapes
were put aside to make wines under the Whinstone label. Varieties grown
at Whinstone Estate are Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Sauvignon
Blanc and Muscadet/Melon. These wines became available under the Whinstone
label late in 2003. Several vintages have been cellared to allow the
wines to develop.

Witchcliffe Estate is an example of
what the Margaret River wine region became famous for (and what is becoming
increasingly rare), and that is a small, family owned and operated boutique
winery. Our vineyard is 20 acres in size, and was planted in the early
1990’s. We waited until the vines were mature enough to be producing
great fruit before we decided to develop our own label, hence 2003 was
Witchcliffe Estate’s first vintage. To ensure the best standard
of fruit possible, we carefully manage our canopy sizes and maintain
very low crop levels to increase the intensity of flavours in the grapes.
We do this by using minimal irrigation , and careful fertilising and
pruning. These factors, together with the microclimate of the southern
part of the region, and the perfect gravely loam soils on which we’re
situated, mean that we are producing some of the best fruit to be found
in one of the country's best wine regions.

Xabregas Wines produces the finest
Great Southern cool-climate fruit, creating premium wines of exceptional
elegance, sophistication and style. Senior winemaker, Greg Jones, blends
experience with the latest technology to craft wines of true finesse.
Achieving a 4.5 Star winery rating by James Halliday, Xabregas has won
many awards in local, national and international wine competitions.
